Anna is teaching Partner Yoga at Anahata on Freidays, for exact dates please check Yoga Timetable. Partner Yoga deepens our connection with others and helps build trust and compassion. It enables us to stretch further than usual and balance in ways we couldn’t by yourself. It teaches us to be present and to move with awareness, realising how each movement affects a partner.
This is a great opportunity to open the heart and overcome past conflicts as well as create new friendships.
